Friends! I have returned from my sojourn in the desert with Sweet Maggie. We ventured to desolate places hoping to escape the first wave of Bacon Flu. When we arrived in a village with a population of about 6, our gracious host met us saying, “Don’t shake my hand. I’ve come down with something after one of my many trips to Mexico. Everyone is feeling bad down there. But I managed to prepare your room for you. Towels, pillowcases, everything you need. I’ve put my hands on every surface for your comfort.”

Scary! Ah, but we survived, and the only fever I have is the fever for acoustic rockaging. The timing is perfect, as Matt the Electrician and I will kick off a new series of shows on Wednesdays at Flipnotics. Our song title this week is “Shamelessly Scrubbing Misdirection.” Don’t miss the season premiere!
